What services do you offer?

We offer select electronics, electrical, mechanical, automotive component, and small-device repairs. Services may include diagnostics, component replacement, soldering, wiring repairs, connector repairs, circuit-board work, mechanical repairs, and custom solutions.

How do I get started?

Contact through email or the appointments portat with a description of the problem and, whenever possible, photos of the item. We'll review the information and let you know whether the repair is something we can take on. The item may then need to be shipped or dropped off for inspection before a final repair quote can be provided.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Some repairs require diagnostic work before the cause of the failure can be determined. Any applicable diagnostic fee should be communicated before work begins and may be applied toward the repair depending on the service.

Can you guarantee that my item can be repaired?

No. Some failures cannot be economically or technically repaired, particularly when components are unavailable, proprietary, severely damaged, or the underlying problem cannot be reliably corrected. We'll explain what we find before proceeding with significant additional work.

Do you use original replacement parts?

OEM components are used when practical and available. Depending on the repair, we may also recommend equivalent, upgraded, remanufactured, or custom-manufactured components. We'll identify significant substitutions where appropriate.

Will repairing my device void the manufacturer's warranty?

Likely. Customers should check the manufacturer's warranty terms before authorizing third-party repair or modification work, as we will not be responsible for the repercussions.
